At last! We have Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage available at the Broad Street practice

Manual lymphatic drainage is a specialised gentle skin massage used to relieve painful swelling, lymphoedema, by encouraging the natural flow of lymph fluid. It uses light rhythmic, pumping and circular movements rather than deep tissue pressure, making it highly effective for post-surgical recovery, fluid, retention, and fibromyalgia.

We're delighted that Rebecca Otto, our therapeutic massage therapist, has undergone the rigorous training required and is now registered with the British Lymphology Society.

Appointments with Rebecca are available to book online or by contacting our reception team. All patients need to attend a 90-minute (£130) initial consultation for their first MLD appointment. Follow-up treatments either 60 minutes (£80) or 90 minutes duration (£130) depending on your presentation.

Polycycstic Ovarian Syndrome - it's not just about cysts in your ovaries and sometimes people with the syndrome don't have any anyway - it affects way more than just your weight, fertility and hair growth patterns - it's a condition of significant metabolic imbalance - now officially re-named as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, or PMOS. (a process that has taken 14 years to achieve)

This marks an important milestone and reflects a collaborative effort between:
