So many of us spend years trying to squash symptoms with supplements, cutting out food groups and different diets and regimes. This doesn’t get to the root of ‘why’ it’s happening in the first place. If you start the work on the basics then things start to change. By this I mean:

1) Blood sugar balance
2) understanding what ‘really’ stresses your body and how to respond differently to stress
3) learning to listen to ‘your’ body
4) protecting your sleep

28 year old Nic came to me struggling with low energy, irregular cycles and skin breakouts. 3 weeks into working together , she was sleeping better, had more energy, was snacking less and her skin had started to improve.

The biggest improvements don’t always come from the biggest interventions. Often it’s the simple, consistent habits that help the body start working with you rather than against you. What we did first :

- Stopped meal skipping
- Reduced excess sugar and dairy
- Improved sleep habits
- Created more stable blood sugar levels
