I have recently invested in a new piece of kit for the clinic and I’m on the course to get the best out of it.

Big benefit of an “L-shape” sofa… rotator cuff strengthening 😆
You can use a wall, door frame or sit sideways on your sofa.
Tuck your elbow into your side then use the resistance of your chosen surface to press the back of your hand against it to strengthen the muscles at the back of your shoulder blade, the Infraspinatus & Teres minor!
