Do you panick every time you have a refit because of the shed hair thats removed, or has someone scared you saying they has alot of hair come out during an appointment?

This is NORMAL!!! Your hair naturally sheds 100-150 strands on a daily basis, lots of that hair is trapped inside the rings and bonds and can only be removed during a maintenance appointment. That is collectively what you should have lost during the last 6-8weeks.

I get it looks scary but this means your hair is in its normal cycle and perfectly healthy. If you ever do have an abnormal amount of hair loss due to medication, GLP1s, perimenopause or poor aftercare your technician should discuss this with you and form a plan going forward.
