Last Friday I had the pleasure of attending and what an inspiring event it was.
There is something incredibly powerful about being in a room filled with ambitious, driven and passionate women who are all building businesses, pursuing dreams and navigating the challenges that come with entrepreneurship. The energy in the room was infectious, and it was wonderful to connect with so many like-minded women, all supporting and encouraging one another.
One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from and , who shared their honest experiences of building successful businesses and overcoming obstacles along the way. Their discussion around fear in business really resonated. It was a reminder that fear never truly disappears, regardless of how experienced or successful you become. The key is learning to move forward despite it, taking action even when things feel uncertain, and trusting yourself through the process.
As business owners, we all face moments of doubt, challenges and setbacks, but hearing such accomplished women speak openly about their own journeys was both reassuring and motivating. Success isn’t about having no fear—it’s about refusing to let fear make your decisions.
I left feeling inspired, motivated and excited for what’s ahead.
