Bramble Homecare is looking for an experienced Head Care Coordinator to join our team.
You’ll take the lead on new care referrals, coordinate new packages from referral through to start, support our Care Coordinators and help ensure our rotas run efficiently.
✅ Domiciliary care coordination experience
✅ Strong organisational and people skills
✅ Experience using care management systems – Access would be an advantage
✅ Full-time, office-based role with branch visits

Tina brings a wealth of experience in mental health and social care and works tirelessly to support both our clients and our fantastic team of Support Workers across South Gloucestershire.
