Partners In Support Partners in Support work with people with learning disabilities and autism in Hertfordshire.

We support individuals to lead the lives that they choose and assist people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and their chosen communities.

Katie with Support Worker Abby took a trip to see Hampton Court Palace to experience the public dramas and private lives of Henry VIII, his wives and their children in the world of the Tudor court. Katie loved it, enjoying learning about the history of the palace. She also enjoyed a good old fashioned pub lunch and loved the experience so much that she watched a documentary on Henry VIII that night. What a fun and educational day.

Supported living is all about learning those life skills to enable you to be as independent as possible. Alex, supported by support worker Neil, is honing his cooking skills and has been producing some delicious home cooked food. Sunday morning was bright and breezy so Aisha and Team leader Jacob took an adventurous walk up Dunstable Downs followed by a well deserved cuppa and cake. Sometimes the best days are those that just happen! Alex wanted to buy some Crocs he'd had his eye on for some time, so following this, he had a fresh haircut and beard trim before taking a drive around his old neighbourhood with Support Worker Ania. And then it was off to the pub for game of darts. Ania would like to say that they didn't keep score, but we know that is code for 'Alex won'!! 😂🤣

Rory is taking on an incredible challenge this October!

He’s walking 45 miles to raise money for the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK and he’s already completed 24 miles!

Join Partners in Support in celebrating Vince and Georgia, our September Service Superstar winners! Vince, for his amazing support to Albie for an overnight stay at South end on Sea.
Georgia, for arranging and taking Jackie to the most amazing experience, INDOOR SKYDIVING!! This will give Jackie lifelong memories!

What an amazing duo! It is always difficult to choose winners from our amazing team of talented employees, and we want to thank all of them for their hard work and commitment to supporting their adults to live their life their way.

Daniel, and Support Worker Tracy, enjoyed a long walk through the Ashridge Estate. They worked up an appetite for lunch and coffee and Daniel enjoyed chatting to the staff in the gift shop. A great day of exercise, good food and community inclusion. And the weather did its part too 😊.
