Walks in Nature is a great medicine for the Soul.

Do you know the rule of 3/30/300?

We should see at least 3 trees from our room/ workspace.
We should live/work at in an area where green is 30% at least ( minimum)
We should live/work 300m away feom a garden/park/forest.

Apparently, it is proven scientifically that if you aren't set with this rule... it can make you heavinly depressed.

Also a personal note.
It is important to place plants in our bedrooms and oxigenated often (let the air in), even duvets & blankets time to time put them outside to freshen them....
If you have notice, cities, houses are all in square system, whoch it makes us sooo disconnected from or organic system... thats why we thrive in natural and organic spaces.

During my MSc i designed learning environments for children 0 -7 years old. It is crucial to pay attention to the enviroments we choose to stay, live, learn, work.... just observe.

It really hit me....
Grief comes in waves....
Her crossing teached me to embrace each day,
Not playing in our heads
But feeling in our bodies!
TOUCH, LOVE, LAUGH, DANCE 🩷
No matter how fit you are, healthy, age...
If it time to cross, it will be.

Flight high beautiful soul.
I will always be grateful for you.

Beautiful trees cut down to replace them with more parking (or proper parking!!)... what a disguise!!

In a town like thriving to become a city...
The cycling paths, the avenue of trees....
Please stop the cutting, destroying the green around!

In the middle of chaos...
I hear the sad news of one beloved friend who had a stroke...it really hit me 💔 she really helped me when Zoë born. She taught me how to baby massage and breastfeed. Forever grateful my dear Gwyneth 🪶🫶✨️
