Nacho average fakeaway 🌮🥑!

This 15-minute nacho bowl serves two and is just 3.5 Swips per serving using the avocado as a Healthy Extra fats choice. Here’s what you’ll need 👇:

🥩 250g extra lean beef mince (5%)
🌮 1½ tbsp homemade taco seasoning
🍅 ½ tbsp tomato purée + 80ml water
🍚 250g Mexican-style microwave rice packet
🧀 2 light cheese slices and 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
🥬 100g shredded lettuce
🍅 Homemade salsa made with red onion, tomatoes, coriander and lime juice
🥑 ½ avocado

Optional 👉: add a few tortilla chips for extra crunch – just remember to count the Swips 😋.
