Maybe it’s 111 on the clock, 444 on a receipt, or 777 appearing just when you need reassurance.

There is something incredibly special about being able to offer Reiki healing to others. ✨

Recently I had the privilege of providing mini Reiki sessions within my workplace for colleagues — and the response was honestly so heartwarming. So many people spoke about feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and deeply relaxed afterwards. In such busy and emotionally demanding environments, taking even a small moment to pause, breathe and receive healing can make such a difference. 💜

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy that supports the mind, body and spirit. For me, it’s not just about relaxation — it’s about creating a safe space where people feel seen, supported and able to reconnect with themselves again.

I’m so grateful to be able to share this work and I truly hope these wellbeing sessions continue to grow and reach even more people. 🌿
