Absolutely delighted with Hamish today at his first ever ridden show. He behaved perfectly while I was on him ⭐️

We came away with 3rd in the ridden hunter class. Fantastic feedback from the judge. So excited to be working with this lovely horse and being part of his journey 🥰

So this little swallow really seemed like it was trying to play with us 🐦‍⬛

The whole time Hamish and I were out working in the field today, it was cutting shapes around us. Even in the trot and canter work 🫯 very funny. Luckily Hamish soon got over it, he’s a saint!

🤓 Was it actually annoyed and chasing us though ??

Miss Maisie comparison update 👀

First photo is this week (May) - she’s put on a good bit of weight, building up that muscle all over and she looks a different horse I think 😍 she does well on the spring grass.

The second photo is from March, in her first session after having a long time off work. She had just lost some condition and muscle back then.

She had a pamper day and a long reining session this week ✨ she enjoyed being clipped and loved having her mane tidied!

She’s coming along very nicely 🫶🏻

His owner has only had him a few weeks, he’s a young lad. But such a kind willing soul!

We’re doing lots of ground work with him to strengthen him up while building up his confidence along the way.
