A huge thank you to my July birthing class group. Thank you for listening, trusting and sharing💜 It’s always a bitter sweet final class, I feel proud to have seen how much you have all learned, but also gutted to say goodbye.
I’m excited to see the group chat start lighting up with baby news, hopefully we don’t have too long to wait😊

**Pay What You Can Yoga**
I will be back at Baby Central on the 11th July at 9am for my 2 hour Flow & Restore class.
(There will be a box on the table for you anonymous payment)

The class will be its usual format of Flowing & creating healthy patterns of movement, which helps us build to & have fun with the bigger postures for the first hour.
Then we change gear to a slow nourishing Restorative practice supported by bolsters, blankets & various props.

This class is open to all abilities, with the exception of pregnant people,due the long holds in the restorative practice.
