Couples/Birth partner workshop

If you’re looking to prepare for labour and birth together, and want to do that with a highly experienced, qualified and trusted birth educator, this is the workshop for you. Educational and practical preparation. This is a small group workshop so limited space available.

Saturday 18th July 2-6pm. Perfect for those due to birth in Aug, Sept or early Oct.

🌼STIRLING - Baby Central - Sunday 17th May 10am - 12 noon

There are still a few places left on Sunday's class

🌼Classes are ideal if you are expecting a new baby, have just become a new mum or dad, or a new grandparent, a babysitter, a child activity provider, or indeed just spend time in the company of young children.

🌼We cover lots of topics - assessing emergency situations, recovery positions, CPR (including the use of defibrillators) and choking for babies, children and adults, as well as allergies/anaphylaxis, burns, bleeding, shock, febrile seizures, head injuries, meningitis, fractures and poisoning.

🌼You do not need any prior first aid knowledge before coming to one of our classes - they are kept simple, fun, light-hearted and interactive.

🌼The cost is £25 per person. Babies under the age of 1 year old are very welcome to come along too

🌼Come along to one of our friendly award-winning first aid classes. We'd love to see you there.

💜 Virtual Fundraiser Info for SUDC & Glasgow Children’s Hospital 💜

Calling on all Baby Central/Daisy mummies past and present. If you would like to take part, this fundraiser is suitable for all! For the month of May, set yourself a target of steps or kilometres a day to walk, run, cycle or swim (can be a mix throughout the month). Get in touch if you would like to join in.

Nicola is planning on walking 5K every day possibly a wee run in there too 🏃🏻‍♀️

Our fundraiser is in memory of two little beautiful souls, Sebbie & Lochlan who only ever knew love and happiness. Sebbie’s Mummy, Katie and Lochlan’s Mummy, Rowan are in full support and honoured by our Baby Central fundraiser 💜

Small group exercise class for women post birth to gently and safely start exercising again after pregnancy and birth.

✔️ small group ensuring welcoming, safe and friendly environment for mum&baby
✔️ Qualified and experienced instructor with over a decade of teaching effective pregnancy and postnatal movement
✔️ suitable for all women post birth (6weeks vaginal, 10-12 caesarean)
✔️£7 per 1hr instructor led small group class.
✔️ on request, gentle manual check of abdominal recti muscle separation can be carried out to provide guidance in advancement of core exercise progression.
