I had a patient come in after complaining about itchy ears. He had been using metal ear hooks/scrapers to try and clear the wax with no success. Lucky for him he didn’t damage his ear canal or drum. If you have any sort of ear related issues, always seek advise of a medical professional!

Microsuction ear wax removal feedback from a client when I was away in . The patient was complaining of hearing issue and the husband was adamant she just had selective hearing!

Unfortunately for him he wasn’t right, she actually had impacted wax in her right ear which was lodged far into her ear canal causing temporary hearing loss. After one session we were able to remove the stubborn wax.
