As an experienced mother, a pre and postnatal yoga/ baby massage teacher I wanted to share this.

I was advised to seek out Panda’s when I realised I wasn’t feeling 100% myself.

I didn’t because I felt defeated. 😞

Finding myself took me time but it happened.
Seeking help is something I now promote. It doesn’t mean you have failed. It means you recognise something in yourself and you are going to do the work to slowly, safely progress WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.

Please share this if you think it can help someone. ☺️

We are now accepting self referrals for our six week peer support service!

Register now for Flying, our six week 1:1 Peer Support Service. You'll be matched with a Peer Support Volunteer for six individual sessions (over a 7 week period), delivered in the way that works best for you; Zoom, text, email, or phone.

Alongside the sessions, you'll receive a workbook filled with activities to help you reflect, build confidence and continue your journey.

You don’t need to eat less on board to lose weight, just smarter. ✈️

One of the biggest shifts I talk about with my clients is that to lose weight, you don’t want to be hungry.

But to avoid hunger, you need to eat a decent volume of food.

But in my experience, it’s not about eating less, but more about choosing foods that give you more volume for fewer calories.

Low calorie density = lots of food, not many calories.

High calorie density = tiny amount of food, loads of calories.

Easy on paper. Harder onboard an aircraft!

But, once we nail this down, you can eat properly satisfying portions, stay full, and still hit your target. 🎯

But as we all know too well, the aircraft is a minefield of these traps.

The crew cart, passenger meals, wraps, sandwiches, crisps….

And that’s before our lovely passengers turn up with bags of chocolates and treats for the crew.

Small in size, huge in calories, you can eat through a massive chunk of your daily calories in five minutes and still feel hungry an hour later.

That’s why I’ve put together a low-calorie food list broken down by macro type to help guide you to avoid these traps.

Drop a comment or DM me and I’ll send the link for it over to you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review

Pregnancy yoga is about so much more than the exercise — it’s safe movement for you and baby, knowledge to help you feel prepared for birth and beyond, and a community of mums who often become lifelong friends.

Thank you, Charlotte, for putting it so beautifully.

If you’re pregnant and thinking about joining us, now’s a great time — spaces are limited for the next course.

Charlotte,
“I cannot recommend Carol’s pregnancy yoga classes enough. I attended weekly classes from 15 weeks right up until the end of my pregnancy and they helped me no end.
Knowing that the exercise I was doing was safe for me and baby put my mind at rest and if anything was troubling me (my back towards the end) Carol would tweak the class accordingly or give me specific stretches to try.
I also loved how knowledgeable Carol is about all things pregnancy and baby, often the classes went beyond just yoga and Carol really helped me feel informed and ready for birth and motherhood.
Finally, the other mums-to-be become a real support network and I was lucky enough to make some amazing friends during Carol’s classes who I’ve enjoyed spending mat leave with.”

Book your place on our 4 week block or contact me for more details.

Results day energy 🎓

I spent today enrolling students onto their new courses after GCSE results. Some came in buzzing, results in hand, excited about the courses ahead and the futures opening up for them. It’s lovely getting to share that excitement, talking through their next steps and career choices with them.

Switch!

Others came in gutted, having not achieved the grades they were hoping for. That’s when my job shifts into reassurance mode, reminding them that this is just one step, not the whole journey, and that we learn and grow through the moments that don’t go to plan just as much as the ones that do.

And it’s not only the students I’m supporting.
So many come in with a parent stood quietly beside them, carrying their own worry and their own hopes, feeling every high and low right alongside their child.

Parenting doesn’t stop, those emotions are huge, I take really seriously. Supporting the whole family through this transition, not just the young person in front of me, is such an important part of working in further education.

Whatever today looked like for you or your family, celebrating or regrouping, it’s all part of the story. 💛

Well done 👏🏻
