πŸŽ‰ Thank You! πŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete this year’s GP Patient Survey. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.

We’re also incredibly proud of our whole team. These results reflect the hard work, dedication and compassion shown by our staff every single day. From our reception and administrative teams to our clinicians, everyone plays an important role in providing the best possible care for our patients.

We’re pleased to see so many positive responses across the survey, particularly around patients’ confidence and trust in our healthcare professionals, their experience during appointments, and the support provided by our team.

We know that access to general practice remains one of the biggest priorities for our patients. Please be assured that we are committed to continuing to improve access to our services and will keep listening to your feedback as we make changes.

Thank you once again for your support, your feedback, and for being part of our practice community. πŸ’™
