Back to our roots this Thursday with **Breathwork & Ice Bath** 🫁❄️ 18:30 start.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally busy or like you just can’t properly switch off, come and give yourself a couple of hours to reset.

We’ll start with a deep guided breathwork experience, using the breath to create space, shift your state and help regulate the nervous system.

Then we head into the ice 🧊

Cold exposure puts the body under controlled stress. Your natural reaction is to tense up, panic and want to get out. The practice is learning to control your breathing, stay present and remain calm while your body is under pressure.

For me, that’s where the real benefit is.

We can’t remove stress from our lives, but we can train ourselves to respond to it better.

Hello all ..

As you know I m rubbish at updating this ( ) but have had a lovely weekend at my happy place near Caernarfon.

Had the pleasure of doing a few readings here. I never take for granted that you are trusting me with your inner most thoughts and your loved ones in spirit.

Next week I am off to a wonderful place called for a few days at Summer Camp. Google it .. It is a great place to stay to explore the area with catered or self catered options. This place has memories for us with our sons growing up.

Next weekend I ll be putting some offers out for combined reiki and reading sessions and as we head through August please remember I am happy to do readings at my Happy Place, home, your home, or on line, phone call, whatever you feel comfortable with..

I have just a few party spaces left. These can be anything you want. Mini readings , 20 minute readings. You decide. I like to be involved and chat after readings. I bring picture cards and get you reading for each other pyschically.. basically whatever you want I cater to you. ( a party booking for over 6 gets the host a free reading )

I m happiest when I am passing knowledge on and making people really know that their loved ones are actually only a breath away.

This is really important.. There are so many charlatans out there.. Do your research, go on recommendations.

Do NOT use on line premium numbers. Some online systems are good but most are not. I have friends on asktheanswer but otherwise I have no idea of any.

The Lions Gate is very different this year.
