Anyone Help?

We are reaching out a desperate plea for help ..

We found the perfect building for Autisk it was perfect in every single way we required plus some but it needed to go via planning for change of use sadly due to the time this takes and no guarantee it would be approved the landlord of the perfect building decided to not go ahead with Autisk which has devastated us .. So the hunt for a new home is back on ..

We need

A secure building similar to a nursery or school setting security

Building that has adequate outside space for sports/messy play activities etc OR a large hall we can use for these activities..

It needs to be in good clean order , disability accessible and for our use only ..

On a main bus route so our families who don't drive can access us via public transport easily enough , car parking for our families that drive...

The building ideally needs to be able to move into and be correct catergory for use for children/community ideally but we can do application to change this if potential landlord is willing to wait for this to be done ..

Can anyone help ? Do you know of anywhere that could meet all our needs ?

Do you know a multi millionaire who would purchase and gift us a custom made building ? 🤣🤣🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

If you can help or know of somewhere available to lease please let us know
