Join Steph this month 🌿

This workshop takes a therapeutic approach to regulating the nervous system using the five koshas - the layers of body, energy, mind, inner wisdom, and bliss. We’ll explore how stress and overwhelm can show up in each layer, and use simple movement, breathwork, and awareness practices to support balance and ease.

You’ll be guided to notice how you feel within each kosha, with a handout to help you reflect and take practical tools into daily life. 💚🐸
