Honouring Mikao Usui today on his birthday and the beautiful legacy that he gave us in Reiki ✨

Today, I pause with deep gratitude to honour Mikao Usui and the path he created — a path that has touched so many lives around the world, including my own 🙏🏻🙌🏻💜

Being a Reiki Master is something I hold with enormous gratitude. For me, Reiki has never simply been a practice or something I offer to others. It has become a deeply personal journey of growth, learning, unlearning, self-discovery, trust and connection. 🌿

When I look back, I’m reminded of where my own Reiki journey began and how it has shaped into the person I am today. I feel truly privileged to share Reiki with others through treatments, meditation, and teaching. 🤍

Be grateful.
Work honestly.
Let go of worry.
Let go of anger.

What a beautiful way to finish the working week. The last two days have been truly fabulous and it has been my pleasure passing on the knowledge and my experience of how wonderful Reiki is.

What a lovely surprise on such a wet and miserable morning!

I received a phone call today, only to discover that I have won an award for my Holistic Reiki Treatments. To say I am blown away would be an understatement.
