That’s a wrap! ❤️

Our Open Weekend is officially over — and what an absolutely amazing weekend it’s been. Probably our busiest one in years!

A huge thank you to everyone who came through the doors this weekend — whether you were trying Hot Lotus for the very first time, brought friends or family along, or you’re one of our lovely regulars who continues to support us week after week.

I’m so grateful to every single one of you. ❤️

As you can probably see from this video, I’m looking somewhat haggard 😂 No filter, very tired… but VERY happy.

Thank you for an absolutely bloody brilliant weekend.

Now I’m going home for a very large glass of something. 😂🥂

I do love a bit of Dolly. So sad she is no longer with us but want an amazing lady. This song seems fitting as we can see so many familiar faces are booked on to class this weekend that we haven’t seen in ages. V. Our Open Weekend schedule is here! 🌟

We launched Inferno at Hot Lotus back in 2017 and have been teaching it ever since.

Our **Saturday 9.30am Inferno is FULL with a waitlist**, and our **Sunday 10.45am class is also FULL**.

If you've secured a place, please honour your booking. If you can't attend, cancel as early as possible so someone waiting can take your space.

And if you're on the waitlist, **assume you're coming!** Keep checking Glofox because spaces do move and you may well get into class.

But if you can't get into either morning session, all is definitely not lost…

✨ MIDLIFE SKIN: LET’S TALK ABOUT IT ✨

Our skin changes as we move through midlife and beyond — and while we’re often told we should simply “accept ageing”, that doesn’t mean we have to stop caring about how we look or how we feel about ourselves.

Because it matters. ❤️

Changes to our skin can affect our confidence, self-esteem and how we feel when we look in the mirror. And wanting to look and feel our best isn’t about trying to look 20 again — it’s about understanding what’s happening to our skin and knowing what we can actually do to support it.

This Thursday we’re bringing together two experts with two different approaches:

✨ Amy — looking at skin from a more medical and clinical perspective, including the treatments available to support ageing skin.

🌿 Debs — taking a more natural approach with Tropic, looking at skincare, ingredients and what we can do every day to nourish and support our skin.
