We had such a wonderful time celebrating together, with lots of smiles, laughter and fantastic memories made. 💕🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Summer Fair — your support means so much to our residents, and team. 🥰

And a very special thank you to Bernie for the fantastic entertainment! 🎶👏 You certainly helped make the afternoon extra special and had everyone enjoying themselves!

Claire has made these to raise funds for our residents. They fit on top of chocolate oranges and bath bombs. There will be a few available at the summer fair or you can order them and Claire will make them up for you. They are £5 with a chocolate orange, £4.50 with a bath bomb or £4 without.

Our Summer Fair is taking place this Saturday, and we’d love to see you there! 🌼

Come along and enjoy a fantastic afternoon. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the summer atmosphere, and support our wonderful home.

Today has been full of fun, laughter, and plenty of smiles here at our home! 😊

Our residents put their knowledge to the test with a general knowledge quiz, keeping everyone thinking.
Next, we got moving with some armchair exercises, helping everyone stay active while having fun together. 💪
To round off the afternoon, we turned up the music for a brilliant karaoke session! There was plenty of singing, laughter and even a few dance moves as everyone joined in with their favourite songs. 🎤🎶

Days like these are all about bringing people together, keeping minds and bodies active, and creating special moments to remember. Well done to everyone who took part❤️

A lovely day filled with friendship, fun, and lots of happy moments. ❤️

🍕🎬 Pizza & Movie Night! 🎶💃

On Friday, we enjoyed our very first Pizza & Movie Night, and what a fantastic evening it was!

Our residents tucked into delicious pizza and refreshments while watching Mamma Mia!, followed by plenty of popcorn to enjoy during the film. Of course, there was lots of singing along to the classics, and we couldn’t end the evening without a little dancing too! 🍿🥤🍕

A huge thank you to all of the staff who came along to spend the evening with our residents. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm really do make such a difference, helping to create special memories and bringing so much joy to everyone involved.💗

Our residents are looking forward to an evening filled with tasty pizza, a great film, and wonderful company later today! 🍕🍿

🍦 What a sweet surprise! 🍦

Today, Sarath made a special return to surprise our residents with a wonderful leaving gift.

Dressed as an ice cream parlour worker, he served up a delicious selection of ice cream flavours, along with plenty of tasty toppings for everyone to create their own perfect treat. The smiles on our residents’ faces said it all!

It was such a thoughtful and memorable way to say goodbye, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

Thank you, Sarath, for all your hard work, kindness, and for ending your time with us in such a fun and heartfelt way. We wish you every success and happiness for the future—you’ll always be welcome back! 💙🍨✨

This afternoon we all came together to wish Sarath, a much-loved and well-liked member of our team, the very best of luck as he embarks on a new chapter in his career.

Sarath very kindly treated us all to some delicious food, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We had a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, singing, dancing, and lots of happy memories.

A special mention has to go to the star of the show, little Jasmin, who had everyone smiling and joining in!💃🎶❤️

Thank you, Sarath, for everything you’ve done. You will be greatly missed by residents and colleagues alike, although we are sad to see you leave, we wish you every success and happiness in your new role. Good luck from all of us! 🍀
