ScarWork improves the quality of scar tissue, releasing restrictions and adhesions to improve movement and mobility and the look and feel of scars no matter how old, large or small.

After a choppy 2021 I'm delighted to be in the Heatons Post Hub today for my first monthly pop-up. I'm available offering short sessions and consultations in the hub. My intention is to build awareness within the comunity, answering any questions about holistic/complementary/integrative/alternative modalities, how they can support you with different issues, either as stand alone treatments or within an integrated model supporting medical care.

After a year of limited time in my treatment room I am so immensly happy and relieved to be back.

Another fabulous 2 days of ScarWork training has helped to get me back in my groove and I will be offering Scar Therapy from both my home treatment room in Heaton Mersey as well as the fantastic new Health and Fitness Suite at Dunham Forest Golf & Country Club.

ScarWork is effective on all types of scars, old and new. It can improve mobility and sensation and aesthetics whether the scar is surgical or from accidental trauma including burns.
