Today was the final day of our 4day intensive treatment retreat. We are filled with gratitude for the incredible courage, strength and fortitude of our participants as they gave themselves over to trusting the process.

Many magical moments observed by our facilitators. We are honoured to support our clients ta as they move from where they were towards where they wish to be.

Our final session of day 3 on the 4day intensive treatment retreat, connecting with nature and water.

Not only reflecting on the day, also on the summer solstice. A day of equal parts day and night, light and dark; symbolic on so many levels.

The session bringing our time in nature on the retreat to a close, as we head into our final day tomorrow.

Beautiful evening for our final session of day 2 on the 4day intensive treatment retreat.

Time in nature is so helpful for our health, both physically and in acting as a grounding anchor to help with self regulation.

We are all set up and ready for the next 4days…. From somatic work to talking therapy and the use of sand and art …. We look forward to welcoming clients tomorrow morning.

As many clients know, we often use our fire pit at the Centre. This weekend we have given the space an upgrade …. All ready for next weeks clients on our 4day intensive treat retreat …. A lovely breakout space we hope ♥️

Next week we are 4day intensive treat retreat at our Stockport Centre. We are just packing up our therapy packs for those attending - from sensory processing to making use of therapeutic art - our aim is that the intensive provides not only therapeutic benefit during the 4days, but tools that can be used for life.
