We deliver the 2nd booster of this schedule in Year 9 at school (4 doses are given im under 4s)
The only thing rusty about tetanus is our collective memory of just how serious it can be. Thanks to vaccination, tetanus is now rare in the UK, but it only remains rare if children continue to get routinely vaccinated.
