Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees

Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees We are the independent champion for people who use health and care services across Stockton. Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees is a part of Healthwatch England.

We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We listen to what people tell us about the services they use locally and want to know what is working well and what needs to be improved. Where necessary we have a statutory power to go into any health or social care premises to see at first hand the service being delivered. We can talk to patients/carers and to st

aff members to gather more information. We share the information we gather with those who have the power to make change happen. We also help people find the information they need about services in their area.

Have you had a chance to read our latest report yet?

Enter & Views are part of our statutory role and we revisited Synergise Pharmacy as a follow up to our visit in 2024.

We also spent time at Elm Tree Medical Centre following positive feedback from patients.

We gathered the views from both the public and staff to understand what is working well and what needs to change, and made our recommendations.
