As many of you will have noticed, the cost of everyday living has increased significantly over the past few years.

Like many small businesses, we’ve also seen rising costs across utilities, materials, and general overheads. Until now, we’ve absorbed these increases to avoid passing them on to our clients.

After carefully reviewing our pricing structure, there will be a 10% price increase across all treatments, effective from 1st September 2026.

Alongside this, I’ll also be introducing a new online booking system for both existing and new clients. This will make booking appointments much easier, allowing you to:

• View my next available appointments.
• Book at a time that suits you.
• Reduce waiting times for appointment confirmations and replies.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked incredibly hard to build JR Injury Specialists into the business it is today, and I’m genuinely grateful to every one of you for your continued support and loyalty. It has been a privilege to help so many people, and I remain committed to providing the same high-quality, 5⭐ service that you’ve come to expect.

I hope you understand that these changes are necessary to ensure I can continue delivering the highest standard of care while maintaining and growing the business for years to come.

In 2024, professional jiu-jitsu athlete Josh Swainston suffered one of the most devastating multi-ligament knee injuries I’ve seen in over a decade.

After two major surgeries and being told he might never regain 90° of knee flexion, the odds were stacked against him.

Eighteen months of relentless rehabilitation later, Josh returned to elite competition—and claimed Gold at the Venice International Open in the heavyweight black belt division.

Proof that the right mindset, expert rehabilitation, and unwavering commitment can achieve what once seemed impossible.

We’re incredibly excited to announce that JR Sports Injury & Massage Specialists is officially teaming up with INOV8! 👟🔥

This partnership is all about pushing performance to the next level.

Over the coming months, we’ll be putting a range of INOV8 footwear through its paces—from road running and trail running to walking and hybrid gym training.

But we won’t just be testing them…
