If you have never had a massage before for whatever reason, you feel embarrassed about weight or spots or anything that holds you back, i just want to say “nobody is judging you , not for a second does a massage therapist have any judgement or expect you to look a certain way or shave your legs”.
You will get so many benefits and feel better for it , don’t let anything hold you back , massage is an amazing good habit to set you off on a start of detox or to just feel grounded, the human touch is so underrated and can calm the mind as well as body and spirit.
