Willow View is a 77 bed Residential Home offering exceptional facilities to the public. We offer Residential and Dementia Care within our setting.

Our home was established in 2014 and has built great relationships with the local community.

Good morning everyone, what a hot day it is!!

Please find some photos from yesterday, we started the morning with a target game, the ladies enjoyed it very much and are keen to start a Ladies club where they can play darts and chat.

We then had a quieter afternoon with flower arranging, we have some very talented residents, beautiful bunched which they can enjoy more knowing they created these displays.

Yesterday was national lazy day so we enjoyed a cosy movie afternoon in the cinema, we watched The Sheep detectives, with popcorn and hot drinks.

Only a small group, but this added to the cosy feeling.

🌞Meet the Team – Jamie, Unit Manager🌞

Jamie is a Unit Manager at Willow View Care Home and brings with him 12 years of experience in the care sector, including the last two years as part of the Willow View family. Throughout his career, Jamie has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that residents are supported to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Passionate about his role, Jamie takes great pride in leading his team and creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued and respected. His dedication and compassionate approach ensure that every individual receives care that is tailored to their unique needs, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Known for his friendly and sociable personality, Jamie enjoys building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues, making him a valued member of the Willow View team.

Outside of work, Jamie loves spending time in Greece, embracing the culture and sunshine, and enjoys showcasing his fun and outgoing personality through karaoke.

Jamie's experience, enthusiasm and passion for care make him an integral part of the Willow View family and a fantastic leader within the home.

🌟Meet the Team – Marsha, Assistant Cook🌟

Marsha joined the Willow View family in 2024 after being approached to become part of the team, following the exceptional dedication and caring approach she demonstrated in her previous workplace. Her warm personality, strong work ethic and commitment to supporting others made her a perfect fit for Willow View.

As Assistant Cook, Marsha plays an important role in ensuring that residents enjoy nutritious and delicious meals every day. Her caring nature shines through in everything she does, and she takes great pride in helping to create a welcoming and homely environment for both residents and staff.

Outside of work, Marsha dedicates much of her time to volunteering with Rainbows and the Girlguiding Association. She is also actively involved in Gang Show productions, where she enjoys participating in theatre and performance activities.

Family is a huge part of Marsha's life, and she especially treasures the time she spends with her daughter, creating memories and enjoying special moments together.

Marsha's enthusiasm, compassion and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of the Willow View family.

🤩Meet the Team – Keira, Care Assistant🤩

Keira joined the Willow View family in early 2026 as a new Care Assistant and has flourished in the short time she has been with us. Since joining the team, Keira has shown herself to be kind, caring and compassionate, building strong relationships with both residents and colleagues.

Although new to the role, Keira has quickly developed into a confident and capable carer. Her natural ability to lead with initiative, combined with her dedication to providing high-quality, person-centred care, has made her a valued member of the Willow View team.

Keira is passionate about supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing, always going the extra mile to ensure they feel safe, respected and cared for.

Outside of work, Keira enjoys spending her spare time reading and practising yoga, hobbies that allow her to relax and maintain a positive balance between work and home life.

Keira's enthusiasm, compassion and commitment to making a difference shine through every day, and we are excited to watch her continue to grow and succeed as part of the Willow View family.

Matthew is the Registered Manager at Willow View Care Home and brings with him 16 years of experience within the care sector, along with two years as part of the Willow View family. Throughout his career, Matthew has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring that residents are supported to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Known for his kind and caring nature, Matthew is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents, families and staff feel valued and supported. He is committed to promoting independence, dignity and choice, while ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.

Matthew takes great pride in leading the Willow View team and works closely with residents, relatives and colleagues to create a true home-from-home atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his family, making special memories together and making the most of his spare time out on his motorbike.

⭐️Meet the Team – Najla, Care Assistant⭐️

Najla joined the Willow View family in 2025 at the age of 17 to complete her college placement and has quickly become a valued member of the team. From the very beginning, Najla has shown exceptional dedication, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for caring for others.

Her commitment to providing high-quality care and the remarkable progress she has made during her placement led to her being offered a bank contract, recognising the hard work and compassion she brings to her role every day. Najla is always eager to learn, develop her skills and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

With clear ambitions for the future, Najla is dedicated to following her career path to become a paediatric nurse. Her determination, caring nature and willingness to go above and beyond make her an invaluable part of the Willow View team.

Outside of work and her studies, Najla enjoys reading and spending time building Lego sets, hobbies that reflect both her creativity and attention to detail.

We are incredibly proud to support Najla on her journey and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed in her career.
