Alliance Psychological Services

Alliance Psychological Services Alliance is the leading independent provider of mental health services across Teesside.

Alliance Psychological Services (formerly PACT) has been delivering services since 1999 and was incorporated as a Limited Company in 2004. Initially working across a number of Stockton GP practices, delivering primary care counselling services, our first workplace contracts were awarded to us in 2003 when we started delivering employee support services which now extend across the North East. In 20

05 we began to offer our very first services to children and young people. From 2007 our involvement with the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme meant our services grew significantly across Teesside. The award of Targeted Mental Health in Schools (TaMHS) Contracts enabled us to extend the delivery of support to children and families in schools across Stockton. We are now approved to deliver primary care psychological therapy services across Teesside on behalf of the NHS, work in over 60 primary schools, secondary schools and academies and have a portfolio of contracts for Workplace Services covering Local Authorities, NHS Foundation Trusts and a range of private and charitable organisations. In 2014-15 we provided services for over 6000 children, young people and adults.

πŸ’› We asked our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) schools how we are helping them with their whole-school approach to wellbeing, and it's fantastic to hear how our support is making a difference across their settings.

From advice and guidance to consultations, training and early intervention support, we're proud to work alongside schools to help create environments where children and young people can thrive.

A huge thank you to our schools for sharing their feedback and for their continued commitment to supporting the wellbeing of their pupils and staff.

In Memory of PC Blades and PC Clough

The tragic loss of PC Blades and PC Clough in the incident on the A66 this weekend has been felt deeply across the policing community β€” and everyone at Alliance Psychological Services shares in that grief.

Our thoughts are with their families, loved ones, colleagues, and everyone across policing who is mourning this devastating loss.

We're proud to work alongside Cleveland Police on mental health and wellbeing support, and we see first-hand the dedication and commitment officers and staff bring to serving their communities every day.

We stand alongside the force in remembering two courageous officers, honouring their service and recognising all the blue-light personnel who attended the scene and supported those affected.

Our deepest condolences go to all who knew and loved them.

May they rest in peace. πŸ’™
