How many times have you thought…

Why do I love what I do? ❤️

Quite alot of folk think that my job is 'just' helping people lose weight...But really that’s only part of it.

Watching someone walk through my door (or message me) feeling fed up, lacking confidence & unhealthy…

…and then, as the weeks go by, watching their smiles broaden as they begin to bloom, watching them starting to believe in themselves, seeing them wear clothes they’ve not worn in years or never felt brave enough to wear, hearing them say they've got more energy, that they’re keeping up with their children or grandchildren again or that they're feeling more confident.

How can I not love what I do? ❤️
