All Pilates sessions are personally managed by Marie who is a highly qualified & experienced fitness professional & is one of the leading Pilates Practitioners in Staffordshire. Marie has many years of experience in Pilates and has been the Official Pilates Instructor to Stoke City FC from 08/2009 to 09/2010. es, Spondylosis you may benefit from our Pilates classes. Each participant's individual needs are considered by the Pilates Practitioner ensuring the best outcome for you. It’s a very sad day as we close the doors on Rising Brook for the final time after so many years of Pilates, laughter, friendships and memories. 🥹❤️

But it’s not goodbye… it’s see you somewhere new! ✨
We’ll be back in September at our brand new venue, ready to start the next chapter together. 🥰
