The early morning school routine has resumed 😴

All back today, be it college or school, they're all off somewhere so the house will be super quiet that's for sure!

It may stay tidy though 😏 who knows!

Laptops been out, first coffee has been had, I'm just awaiting for the middle one to set off on his first day of high school and then I'll be popping off to my mum's.

I know it'll be a strange one, I've been taking Porter with me, so this is the first time down there without him, and all the firsts are extra hard at the moment 😓

Things are just quiet, and it all just feels a bit empty at the moment 💔

Wednesday is here! And that means group day!

Fresh month, goals and a clean slate, to get the line under what's happened through summer drawn if needs be, and to give yourself a really good run up to Christmas 💖

Enough time to lose at least a stone with giving it 100%, and you may just surprise yourself with what can be achieved in that time.

Starting 2027 off in a really positive way 💖

Looking forward to seeing the Wednesday members later. We're at Christ Church in Tunstall, 5.30pm and 7pm, and we'd love to welcome you along 💖

For once I don't really know what to say 😓

In the early hours of Sunday morning, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Porter go 😓

And although it was a decision we knew was coming, I don't quite think I realised just how much I'd struggle, once he wasn't here.

It's hit me harder than I had ever anticipated, and believe me when I say I already knew I wouldn't be ok.

He really had become my world, our daily life and routine ran around him, his meds, and his care. And it's left the biggest hole and emptiness that I can't even explain.

But our upset and sadness is for his peace, running free with his best friend Alfie, no more seizures, no more vet stays and our last act of love despite our heartbreak 💔

You were, and always will be loved beyond words Porter D, and I was so lucky to have absolutely everything I've ever wanted in a dog in you 💙 you were more than I could have ever wished for in every single way, I just wish life had given us more than three years together 💔 and I hope you're having so much fun with Alfie that you don't even have time to miss me back 💙

Another early morning with Porter, so coffee made, laptop out and I'll use the time productively 💖

Another busy day for me ahead, I'll await his meds as normal, and then head down to my mum's and get her out of bed 🥰

I think my promotion bits are arriving today, so I'll be printing posters and bundling leaflets at some point too, ready to let everyone know about our groups 💖

Lovely group, planning for September, thinking about what we want to achieve and how we want to be feeling by the end of the month 🥰

Its not just a bowl of cheese I promise 😂

Jamie picked up some mushroom ravioli the other day from Lidl and it's 8.5swips for the pack. I had half the other night, and I've just had the rest with 10g of cheese 😋 to keep me going through group.

And then I've done myself some mocha oats with cherries for later when I get in, as I haven't used my fibre choice yet 😍

Trying to stay prepped and organised to keep me on track 🥰

Protein packed brunch for me today to keep me nice and full!

Scrambled eggs, onions, peppers, and Vivera Shawarma kebab fried off together. I love it because it's so low swip but packed with flavour! Over swipping at 1swip to make sure I'm covered 🥰
