Could a simple nerve exercise help with frozen shoulder?

Adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder, is notorious for causing intense stiffness and a painful loss of arm movement. Most traditional care focuses entirely on aggressively stretching or mobilizing the stiff shoulder joint, which can be uncomfortable.

But a new study found that a specific nerve mobilization technique reduced pain and improved function compared with the traditional approach.

While it may seem that nothing is helping with frozen shoulder, sometimes a different approach is needed. Give us a call today to discuss your options!
