🔔 Important Patient Notice 🔔
The hospital system for requesting tests appears to be down at present (26th August), so we are unable to:
❌ Print blood test request cards
❌ Access blood test results, including recent tests
👉 Please do not attend the practice this morning (26th August) to collect blood test request cards, as we will be unable to provide them.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
We will update you when the system is live again
