You’ll speak with a trained mental health professional who will listen, understand your concerns, and help you get the right support.

Your local community pharmacy team is also here for you. While we can’t provide crisis care, we’re always ready to offer friendly, judgement‑free advice, help you find the right NHS services, and support your wellbeing.
