Working around the fire pit this week with my Breathwork group at the rehab centre.

Lots of learning, discovering and developing of awareness helped by conscious breathing.

A refreshing breeze blew through to keep us cool in the warm weather. 🙏😊

Both EMDR and Breathwork therapy can help you reach places that just talking won’t reach.

I trained in both of these because I could appreciate that some people need something other than talking.

When you are in a place to engage with EMDR and or Breathwork therapy then changes that you may not have thought possible become possible.

Both can enable empowering shifts and both can bring relief when you are open to the process.

Readiness and curiosity are a great combination for change to take place.

Flight mode can be so useful as a response to threat. It stops us getting hurt and is soooooooo valuable.

Breathwork sessions can be extremely effective and empowering if you find talking therapy is not bringing the changes you are looking for.

Some people need more than just talking and Breathwork is the most organic way that I offer support.
