✨ Sunday foodie spam incoming… ✨

I made Raspberry Fluff today — honestly, I haven’t made it for YEARS! 😍

Then I discovered this cherry compote in Sainsbury’s… and it’s where all the steamed puddings are kept, so knowing that’s a huge food trigger I went armed with a plan to ignore it

But WOW… it is absolutely delicious! ❤️ A couple of tablespoons over a dessert, Slimming World cheesecake or some overnight oats is just gorgeous. 🍒😍

Yes, it’s £4.50 a jar… but do you know what? I’d think nothing of spending that on a load of junk, so I’m choosing to invest in ME instead. 🤩❤️

And now… Sunday roast incoming! 🍽️

A busy but really lovely day doing all the things that make me happy 🥰

This morning I spent time with a colleague, continuing to support our amazing members with those small but powerful habit changes that can make such a difference to progress on the scales. 😃💪

Then it was time for a little self-care… nails done! 💅✨

After that, a little road trip to M&S 🚗🛍️ before heading home to one of my absolute favourite meals. 😋❤️

A productive day, a little pampering, good food and lots to be grateful for! 🥰
