I nearly didn’t go. That old mindset crept back in…
“It’s only me… I can put it off… I’ve got other things to do.”

Then I remembered what I tell my members every single week:

“You can’t pour from an empty cup. Looking after yourself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.” ❤️

So I went! 🙌🏾

Lou took time out of her busy schedule yesterday to support me at the Penkhull Village Fair — and what a brilliant job she did! ❤️

She shared her own Slimming World journey, the highs and lows, and how the support of our group has helped her keep going. After losing nearly 2 stone, Lou is now getting back to something she loves — horse riding! 🐴👏🏾

And the best bit? She believes her target is now achievable. ❤️

Say hello to the brand new Limited Edition Hi-fi bar… TOFFEE-TASTIC! 😍
A deliciously chewy, gluten-free cereal bar, topped with tasty toffee pieces, then finished with a smooth milk chocolate coating and drizzle… honestly, what’s not to love? 🤤

These little beauties will be landing in groups from week commencing 14th September and if past Limited Editions are anything to go by, they won’t be hanging around for long! 👀
