🌕 Tomorrow we welcome the Buck Moon
There is something quietly beautiful about the Buck Moon.
Its name comes from the time of year when young deer begin growing new antlers. They don’t rush. They don’t strive. They simply grow, steadily and naturally, exactly as they are meant to.
I think there’s something we can learn from that.
We spend so much of life wondering if we’re doing enough, healing enough and changing enough.
Yet some of the deepest transformations happen so gently that we hardly notice them until one day we realise we feel a little lighter, a little calmer and a little more ourselves.
Perhaps this Buck Moon is inviting us to pause for a moment and ask ourselves,
🦋 Where have I grown in ways I haven’t yet acknowledged?
🦋 What strength has quietly been growing within me?
🦋 What am I ready to leave behind as I continue becoming the woman I came here to be?
Tomorrow evening, if you have the opportunity, step outside for a few moments.
Take a slow breath.
Feel your feet upon the Earth.
Lift your eyes to the Moon and simply allow yourself to receive its quiet reminder.
Growth doesn’t always arrive with fanfare.
Sometimes it arrives softly, almost unnoticed, until one day you realise you’ve become someone who feels more peaceful, more grounded and more at home within yourself.
May this beautiful Buck Moon illuminate the path ahead and remind you just how far you’ve already come.
With love,
