🌕 Tomorrow we welcome the Buck Moon

There is something quietly beautiful about the Buck Moon.

Its name comes from the time of year when young deer begin growing new antlers. They don’t rush. They don’t strive. They simply grow, steadily and naturally, exactly as they are meant to.

I think there’s something we can learn from that.

We spend so much of life wondering if we’re doing enough, healing enough and changing enough.

Yet some of the deepest transformations happen so gently that we hardly notice them until one day we realise we feel a little lighter, a little calmer and a little more ourselves.

Perhaps this Buck Moon is inviting us to pause for a moment and ask ourselves,

🦋 Where have I grown in ways I haven’t yet acknowledged?

🦋 What strength has quietly been growing within me?

🦋 What am I ready to leave behind as I continue becoming the woman I came here to be?

Tomorrow evening, if you have the opportunity, step outside for a few moments.

Take a slow breath.

Feel your feet upon the Earth.

Lift your eyes to the Moon and simply allow yourself to receive its quiet reminder.

Growth doesn’t always arrive with fanfare.

Sometimes it arrives softly, almost unnoticed, until one day you realise you’ve become someone who feels more peaceful, more grounded and more at home within yourself.

May this beautiful Buck Moon illuminate the path ahead and remind you just how far you’ve already come.

With love,

Carole-Anne 🦋🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot about August 🤔

It often arrives with the promise of slowing down.😴

Then somehow it becomes just as busy as the rest of the year.

Family.
Work.
Grandchildren.
Days out.
Trying to make everyone else’s summer special.

And before you know it, September arrives and you’ve barely stopped.

That was the inspiration behind something I’ve created called Summer Sanctuary.

Not just a yoga course.

A four week journey where, for ninety minutes each week, someone else looks after you.

We’ll move gently.

Breathe deeply.

Wrap ourselves in blankets.

Enjoy beautiful essential oils, crystals and guided relaxation.

We’ll drink tea, have a laugh, perhaps shed a few tears, and leave feeling a little lighter than when we arrived.

Because sometimes that’s exactly what we need.

If your heart is whispering that it’s time to slow down, I’d love to welcome you.

Something I’ve been noticing lately. 🦋

So many of us are asking life for more.

More peace.
More abundance.
More love.
More energy.

But what if the question isn’t,

“How do I get more?”

What if it’s,

“How open am I to receiving it?”

This week’s New Moon in Cancer feels like a gentle invitation to pause and ask ourselves what’s really true.

Sometimes we’ve become so good at coping, carrying everyone else and keeping everything together that we’ve forgotten how to receive.

Maybe this week isn’t about doing more.

Maybe it’s about softening.

Listening.

Being honest with yourself.

Because emotional honesty is one of the greatest acts of self love.

I’d love to know.

What’s one thing your heart has been quietly trying to tell you? 🌑🤍🦋

Have you ever noticed how life rarely looks the way we imagined it would?

Some days feel full of purpose.

Others are filled with washing, emails, wondering what’s for tea and trying to remember why you walked into the kitchen.

There are days when your heart feels full.

Days when it feels a little bruised.

Days when you’re quietly carrying things that nobody else can see.

And somehow, all of it belongs.

The older I get, the less I’m searching for certainty.

Instead, I’m finding myself looking for the little moments of wonder.

The first cup of tea in the morning.

The scent of lavender as you brush past it.

A butterfly drifting across the garden.

The warmth of the sunshine after days of rain.

The way Gnasher greets me as though I’ve been away for weeks when I’ve only been to the shops.

The moon appearing quietly as evening falls.

None of those moments ask anything of us.

They simply invite us to notice.

Perhaps that’s where peace begins.

Not when everything is perfect.

Not when the to do list is finished.

Not when life finally slows down.

Perhaps peace is already here, waiting patiently in the ordinary moments we’ve become too busy to see.

I’ve realised that some of the happiest moments of my life haven’t been the big milestones.

They’ve been conversations over a cup of tea.

Walking beside the sea.

Watching candlelight dance around my little studio.

Hearing someone laugh until everyone else starts laughing too.

Sitting quietly after everyone has gone home, feeling grateful that people choose to spend a little part of their lives with me.

Life is precious.

It’s messy.

It’s beautiful.

It’s heartbreaking.

It’s ordinary.

It’s extraordinary.

Sometimes all at the very same time.

The world is still offering us moments of wonder every single day.

We just have to remember to look.

Whatever today has held, remember you’re part of something beautifully bigger than today’s worries.

Wishing you a peaceful evening.

With love,

Carole Anne 🦋

There are two spaces remaining on my Angel Within Retreats on 18th July and 15th August.

If you’ve been feeling drawn to spend a day slowing down, breathing a little more deeply and reconnecting with yourself, perhaps this is your invitation.

These days are for women who long for a little peace amongst the busyness of life. You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation or energy healing. Just come exactly as you are with an open heart.

Together we’ll enjoy gentle yoga, beautiful guided meditations, Angelic Reiki, crystal wisdom, deep relaxation, nourishing food and meaningful moments of connection in a small, supportive group.

You’ll also receive a Level 1 Angelic Reiki attunement, giving you a simple yet powerful self healing practice to continue long after the day has ended.

More than anything, I hope you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and reminded that your wellbeing matters too.

If your heart has been quietly whispering that it’s time to do something just for you, I’d love to welcome you. 🦋

If you’d like to know more or reserve one of the remaining spaces, simply send me a message.
