🌿 Tai Chi Fun at Autumn House 🌿
Our residents enjoyed a relaxing and uplifting Tai Chi session today! 🧘💚
It was wonderful to see everyone taking part, enjoying the gentle movements, improving balance and flexibility, and having lots of smiles along the way.
A lovely morning filled with calm, laughter, and wellbeing. Well done to all our residents for giving it a go! 🌸✨
