Holistic Health Connection

I have been working with Usui Tibetan Reiki as a natural system of healing and using meditation to support myself and others since 1998. Teaching and sharing this energy work offers me the opportunity to work with some amazing people and support wonderful organisations like the Carers Association South Staffordshire, Age Concern, North Staffs Carers, Healing Hands Network etc. Being able to offer a gentle helping hand and a little guidance to those who give so much to others and find some relaxation and retreat time in amongst it all for themselves. As a member of the UKRF and joint Area Rep I offer Reiki training from First Degree to Fourth Degree (Master Teacher) as well as regular Reiki shares and continual development sessions as well as other energy workshops, retreats and a regular meditation group and short courses.

Lovely day spent at Rudyard Lake with these gorgeous people 💕 sharing meditation honouring Lammas, enjoying movement, yoga nidra, working with clay and a shared lunch with beautifully blessed food! Absolutely delicious 💖
Ray took us on a boat ride which was followed by an incredible sound bath with Teresa. What an amazing day!
Thank you to everyone who joined me and Cheryl Ball and shared this very special day of connection, community and frienship 🙏
