👀 Did any of you spot Lee at our stall at Stonehaven Harbour Festival? 💙🧡

We had such a fantastic day and loved seeing so many familiar faces, as well as meeting lots of new ones!

It’s been wonderful to welcome so many new patients into the clinic over the last few weeks. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall for a chat, asked questions, or found out a little more about what we do at Total Balance Spinal Health

We hope you all enjoyed the festival as much as we did! 🌊⚓

🧡 A huge thank you to the lovely Evelyn! 🧡

Evelyn has also recommended so many wonderful people to Total Balance Spinal Health, and we are incredibly grateful for her continued support and trust in us.

Word-of-mouth recommendations mean so much to a small local clinic like ours, and it’s thanks to amazing patients like Evelyn that our Total Balance family continues to grow. 💙

As a little token of our appreciation, our Practice Manager, Lindsay, was delighted to present Evelyn with this beautiful gift from our lovely neighbours at "Sofasoy Candle Co. 🎁✨

Thank you, Evelyn, for being such a valued part of our clinic. We appreciate you more than you know! 🧡💙

If you're already feeling stiff or sore after a day in the garden, don't ignore it. Minor aches can often become bigger problems if left untreated.

At Total Balance Spinal Health, we use the Activator Method®, a gentle, low-force chiropractic technique that is suitable for people of all ages. Combined with a thorough assessment, we can help identify the cause of your discomfort, improve joint function, reduce tension and help you get back to doing the things you love—including spending time in the garden! 🌼
