Many of you know that I have suffered from a condition which causes extreme pain in my hips and lower back on and off for the past 14 years. The first year and the past three being the worst. I have done bouts of physio, pilates -which I still do and steroid injections- which was between 6-8 injections in one go and every six months. But what I will say next beats the injections hands down.... I have found a new treatment which works really well for me....
Well I have met my second miracle worker (my first being my Physiotherapist, when all this started) Rachael Bijlmer said ' try reflexology, it helps with pain and lots of other stuff.' My response was no one is touching my feet. 🤮🤮 I cannot stand my feet being touched. Rachael said 'it's different give it a go and if you don't like it I can do reflexology on the hands instead.' I am converted!!!
Rachael came and did my first reflexology session, I kept an open mind, the day after was painful, I won't lie . But then I started to feel the benefits, standing from sitting with much more ease, walking better and in no pain- we walked over 65 miles in the 8 days we were away last month, my sleep has improved. All with the help of reflexology and one truly amazing reflexologist. Thank you Rach❤️❤️❤️
