Last Saturday I ran a lecture attended virtually and in person by over 30 people on the topic of Aromatherapy for transition.

Transition is happening all the time (change is always a gurantee) but there seems to be big shifts of it happening everywhere at present. From grief, job loss and relationship breakdowns to trying to navigate the ever changing landscape that is the workplace.

This is why I do what I do. Helping people navigate transition through the power of clinical aromatherapy, whether big or small.

This can be on a 1-2-1 basis in treatments or bespoke consultations or can be through workshops in the corporate environment.

Still places left on my maceration workshop on Friday 11th September.

This will be a 4 hour course that is perfect for nature lovers, those looking for natural plant powered cosmetics and aromatherapists that want hands on practise.

Connecting with the plants that give us our precious oils and hydrolats is something that is missed in most learning.

Learning how to take plants from your garden and turn them into an aromatherapy remedy using the power of maceration is one of my favourite things to do as a clinical aromatherapist.

On my maceration day you will:

⚘️ Pick fresh material from the garden and learn how to identify useful wildflowers and how to cultivate many medicinal herbs.

🌼 Learn how to macerate oils to further your knowledge and understanding

✋️ Get hands on practical experience of macerating

🤍 Take home oils we make on the day together

📖 Learn about many of the popular macerates on the market today including their medicinal and cosmetic properties.
