Stop looking for quick fixes. Real change in how your body feels and moves comes from consistency, not convenience. Two day delivery works for a phone charger, not for tissue healing, strength gains or years of poor movement patterns catching up with you. If you want lasting results, the work has to be repeated, not rushed.

A good list to sit with. Not answering straight away. Not explaining every no. Leaving when you are uncomfortable rather than when it suits everyone else. None of these are dramatic changes, but together they add up to a genuinely different way of moving through the world.

A gentler reminder for the week ahead. Do not make permanent decisions in wet socks. A cup of tea has talked more than one bad mood down. And it is genuinely impossible to have a dignified crisis while wearing a blanket as a cape. Take the small comforts seriously, they do more work than they get credit for.

One of the more honest truths about relationships. Another person can be the single best thing for your nervous system, and the single worst, sometimes within the same conversation. Worth knowing which one you are getting, and why.
