At The Natural Soapworks we specialise in making goats milk soaps and handmade aromatherapy skincare using natural (often organic) ingredients. Natroma is our natural skincare range of cleansers, toners, moiturisers, oil serums and lotions. Everything we make is approved by Cruelty-Free International so our products carry the Leaping Bunny logo. We take great pride in formulating and making all of

It's been another really hot day at the workshop! 🫠 Just wanted to let you know that I'll be closed tomorrow and will try adapting my shop hours at the end of this week. I'm going to try opening an hour earlier in the hope that the shop will feel cooler. I'll close at 2pm (instead of 3pm) since the afternoon sunshine on the side of the building really heats up the shop. Let's see if this helps! 🤞

Can I please suggest that customers check this page or the website for updated shop hours whenever there are heatwave warnings. I always try to open the shop when I can, but during hot spells it can become quite uncomfortable. I'll always post changes to my shop hours as soon as I can, so you don't make a wasted journey.

I processed website orders yesterday and it was really hot in the workshop! 🥵Rest assured the products and ingredients are always stored somewhere cool, but it's too warm to manufacture. So I'll be working behind the scenes/looking after Paul and will open the shop on Friday and Saturday this week. Massage appointments are continuing as normal. I've tried to mention this to as many people as I could, we're about to go through the 2nd attempt at Paul's operation (later this week). It means that I'll need to change my shop hours and will be closed on Friday and Saturday this week. To try to make up for it I'm opening tomorrow and on Thursday morning, so you can grab last minute items!

Going forward, if the operation happens (🤞) I'll probably need to change the shop hours for a couple of weeks once I know how much support he needs/follow up appointments etc. So please bear with, I'll be open as much as I can and will get things back to normal as fast as I can! Website orders are shipping as normal at the moment, but there may be slight delays in the coming weeks. Thanks again for your understanding.🫶

Have you spotted that Natroma Facial Cleansers are available in a new size? The larger 150ml Eco pump allows you to buy more cleanser (with a 5% saving) with less plastic! ♻️

Natroma facial creams are packaged in airless fully recyclable pump packaging so they're hygienic (open cosmetic jars are breeding grounds for bacteria and fungi), convenient (you can dispense the correct amount), reduce waste (the pump design expels all of the cream) and can use gentle ingredients (the airless storage environment means there's no need for harsh preservatives).
