Yes, the weather may be a little wet this morning ☔, but that’s not going to stop us. The forecast is looking brighter later in the day, and we have a wet weather plan in place to make sure everyone can still enjoy the fun 😊

⭐️Client Shout out!⭐️

Trevor has been attending Reformer Pilates with us since February & it’s been brilliant to see him progress week on week!

Trevor was diagnosed with Spina Bifida in 2025 which causes back and leg pain and when things flare up it prevents him from doing his normal workouts at the gym.

Reformer has given him the ability to keep strengthening and moving under the guidance of one of our physios.

Here’s what Trevor had to say about a recent class;

“I just wanted to say how fantastic Claudine supported me in class today. I have suffered a flair up with my lower back condition resulting in pain last night and little sleep.

I mentioned to Claudine how I was feeling today and she made a number of adjustments during the session. I felt completely looked after during the session, enabled to see it through to the end. I left feeling much brighter and in less discomfort than when I came today”.
