A new offering from Paul 🧘‍♂️

NEW “Intermediate/Progressive” Yoga Class 🧘‍♂️

Starting June 10th 📆
6:15pm - 7:15pm ⏰
S.H.I.P 📍

A progressive, energising Ashtanga-based class designed for students with some prior yoga experience or a good baseline fitness.

We’ll move through a strong, flowing sequence with less breakdown of the basics and more focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence in transitions. Expect a physically engaging class with opportunities to explore more challenging postures in a supportive environment.

This class is best suited to those who are already familiar with Sun Salutations and fundamental standing poses, and who feel comfortable moving at a consistent pace. Experience isn’t essential if you already have a good base level fitness.

💰£30 for the 4 week block of classes which will run on June 10th, 17th, 24th & July 1st 📆

We’re back at .sauna.shack to celebrate the Summer Solstice ✨

Join us for a peaceful morning of yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and sauna surrounded by the beauty of Gortin Glen Forest Park.

Reconnect with nature, reset your nervous system, and take time just for you. We’ll begin with a yoga practice to wake up the body, move into our pranayama breathwork, and finish with a deeply relaxing sauna session in the forest.

Join Kelly for a deeply relaxing Summer Solstice evening designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect.

The evening begins with gentle Restorative yoga, using long-held, supported poses to calm the mind, release tension, and nourish the nervous system. Soothing massage and grounding touch will be offered to enhance relaxation and leave you feeling nurtured.

After yoga, continue the evening with a truly beautiful sauna experience surrounded by the towering trees of Gortin Glen. We’ll then gather around the fire for hot drinks and light snacks, taking time to connect, reflect, and soak up the magic of the Summer Solstice together.
