Yesterday was emotional but great day. Being asked to help in greeting a lovely humble Ukrainian family and relocate them to a host family in southern Ireland. Huge thank you to the host family and everyone involved in giving donations of clothing, toiletries, funds etc. This is 1 family who are now safe from harm and are being looked after. It was hard to think of how they were feeling upon arrival but, when I left them in the caring arms of their host family I knew they were relieved to be there after a tough 8/9 days off travelling.

Christmas is a time for sharing and caring. As we go about our day let us remember those who have touched our lives but, sadly are not with us in person. Remember the love you shared, the stories, the fun and laughter you had. Let your loved ones name be remembered at the dinner table today. Reply with the name of your loved one not with us as, we remember together and, help each other this Christmas.
