☯️ A SATISFYING WEEKEND! ☯️
☯️ Yesterdays jont was to Stranraer to see six beautiful souls. This after having to detour due to an overturned lorry so ran a bit late!
☯️ Starting with my dudes, Galaxy and Henry (aka the Naughtiest Pony in the Shire!) Maintenance for both. Their person makes sure they are always in the best condition 💜
☯️ Then over to Rebel, Kali and Ellie for their maintenance treatments.
☯️ But before them...we have Easter! At 27 years young, still strutting his stuff in retirement! He was an amazing competition horse back in his day and has a brilliant energy! 🐎
☯️ Back to the others! Rebel is out and about doing a bit more so he is having additional support. Kali has a BIG energy! My hands were tingling just laying them on! She certainly leaned into her session 😊. Then the lovely Ellie. She welcomed the treatment, and was feeling pretty good! 😍
☯️ Today saw me over at Newton Stewart at Penninghame Estate Livery Yard. Starting the cute River to Shiatsu. At only 15 months, she had a very short 15 mins of touch, lifting her legs and just letting her feel a bit of energy. Well behaved! (And so squeezable!) 🩷
☯️ Then Freya who was just a bit tight. We worked on her head, neck and thoracic sling and helped loosen up her back. She was definitely in the zone!
☯️ Home to give our own Star 🌟 a tune up using Reiki and acupressure. He has been a bit stiff through his shoulder so work to get energy moving. Then a bit of kinesiology tape to support the hands on session. As always using Equine K Taping UK.
☯️ The next few weeks see me going across D&G, Ayrshire and Glasgow. I remain very grateful that I get to look after your charges, and as always, I am grateful for your support 🙏

☯️ Getting away for a few days to spend time with family. Edinburgh fringe, Dean Village, St. Giles Cathedral, lazy afternoons, Florence at Ingliston, then home for a reset Senga Cree Coaching with Bealach Photography 📸

☯️ Seeing some regular clients for follow ups this week.
☯️ Up in Stewarton to see Piper. She has support to transition through the seasons .
☯️ Then over to Beith for Delight who has just come back to competition (and with a bang!) and Madge, a young horse who is growing and changing all the time. She has suport to make sure she can be kept in good condition as changes happen!
☯️ I have also been following Galloway Branch Of The Pony Club and delighted to see the teams having great success! My sponsored riders Emma Drummond and Sally Drummond competing alongside other talented young riders! Well done to all representing Scotland so proudly!🐎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
☯️ Also seeing other clients out and about and having good results at dressage and summer agricultural shows. 🚜🐎
☯️ Using some kinesiology taping for two of our own, as always with Equine K Taping UK.
☯️ Now I am taking a few days away to reset from a busy time. So out of office is on! 🏢 Leaving the gang in the capable hands of Molly, Bealach Photography .

☯️ A busy few days!
☯️ Saturday saw a run to Stoneykirk to see Galaxy, Henry and Picy. All having regular follow ups. Galaxy having taping added using as always Equine K Taping UK .
☯️ Sunday was a run to see Monty and Bruce for a tune up. Bruce having some added taping to support some muscle triggers. Both were heading to the pony club championships as part of Galloway Branch Of The Pony Club. Good luck to them and their young riders!
☯️ Then Sunday afternoon was at Ayrshire Healing Centre to facilitate a workshop introducing acupressure and shiatsu. There is a foundation course starting at Glasgow School of Shiatsu!!
☯️ Then later after the day job yesterday, a run to Penninghame Estate Livery Yard to see Leo, Finn and Quinn for their regular sessions. Met some new liveries. Gorgeous 😍
☯️ I just love the commitment so many people have to their charges. Commitment to keep them well, functioning and comfortable no matter what they are doing. 💜
☯️ Having energy/bodywork for your horse or other animal can help keep them supple, help with circulation of blood and lymph, help keep muscles in good shape and also works with the fascia.
